How would I force a template in Business Objects? I want all users, when they create their new reports to have to use a specific logo, header and footer etc.

I'm not sure if you can force it (maybe you can) but you could certainly create the report as you would like the standard template to look then distribute this to your users to use. Let them know this should form the basis for all reports.
This is not manditory though, I know.
