Hi:
You need the software, Office 2000 Developer (or XP).
The upgrade will upgrade from Office Premium, and I think Office Professional, and some others. You can find it discounted for about $485.00 (upgrade version).
It comes with an unlimited license for a stripped down version of Access that you can distribute with your application.
