Is it possible to place the HT/CAS roles on a server setup for clustering the mailbox role? In theory I just want 2 servers containing a clustered set of the MB role and the other two roles can be installed on one of those (or both). Then setup a seperate Edge box. Can Exchange stack roles like that or no.. have yet to find a clear answer. Thanks!

The answer is: no. There is a clear statement in Exch2k7 help: Only the Mailbox server role can be installed in a cluster. No other server roles can be installed on a computer that is part of a server cluster.
