Stacked chart sort order... Killin Me!

OK so I am using Crystal 11 (does this in 10 as well) have a very simple stacked bar chart. It is forcing a sort order on the stack.

Chart:

On Change of 'Group', 'Category' with a Sum of tickets.

It will not let me sort the category at all. Tried every variation of sort orders and TopN's I can think of. Only sorts it with the category that has the most tickets on the bottom.
