How do I set the Customer LAN IP address using the Comwin only - command STA-UW7; - logging on there - as far as I remember there was a way to input the customer LAN IP address/Subnet etc. there using that and not the Assistant

There is no way to set the Customer's IP address using the Comvin.
"This command STA-UW7, which acts as a Telnet client. After the start a Telnet connection is established via the Atlantic LAN to the IP address and the TCP Port which are entered (parameters IPADDR and PORT). The IP address of UnixWare 7 (192.0.2.5) and the Telnet port (23) are assumed as defaults."

Hi Masviss.
There were commands that could be input to set the customer lan ip addres - I had the info and used it on early versions on UW7.
It was one way to access UW7 without the Browser.
The info I had was a 'few laptops ago' when there were no cloud backups and hdd's went in service.
Thanks.

Thank you very much Lisluk - I can try that
Would you know then how to 'set the customer lan ip address' / gateway / subnet mask ?!
Maybe I can just try that - the ./ will probably allow me to set it ?
