We have setup and configured an SSL certificate on IIS5.
It seems to want to work correctly, but the padlock icon in the status bar of IE will disappear ver yquickly.

MS and Verisign say it has to do with Javascript, but c'mon. Is that really it?
We have a few customers who won't shop online with us because of this...

Any workaround besides getting rid of javascript? I doubt everyone using Verisign is getting rid of javascript.

Any help appreciated.

Is it possible your Javascript it referencing non-secure content? That would cause the padlock to disappear. If a page has both secure and insecure content, no padlock appears.

If the Javascript is pointing to http: (not https:) content on your own site, you may want to consider moving it to https. That would appease those customers who won't buy without the padlock.
