SSL and data access problem

Hi

I installed a ssl certificate on my computer, and now i cannot access my database from my website, i get this error:

The Microsoft Jet database engine cannot open the file 'C:\Inetpub\

http://wwwroot\clogin\data\webjobs.mdb'.

It is already opened exclusively by another user, or you need permission to view its data.

Has anyone got any ideas on what could be causing this problem?
