SSI-Server side includes

My boss recently fell in love with SSI stating that they make revising pages easier.&nbsp;&nbsp;I disagree.&nbsp;&nbsp;With the basic web design, I can update all 25 of my pages' headers by changing one gif file.&nbsp;&nbsp;With the structure of the SSI, the boss wants each section to have its own header.&nbsp;&nbsp;Now to change the headers, I have to go into seven files versus the one.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br><br>Two questions:&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>1. Other than the simplest designed sites, where do the benes come in?<br><br>2. How do you add rollovers with the SSi fragments.&nbsp;&nbsp;Do you just tell the index page to call another fragment page on rollover?
