Dealing with SRST version 3.0 on a 1751v with IOS 12.2(15)ZJ2 on it... Call Managers are version 4.1.2

Ok, I got a basic WAN here. Serial int's in the routers connect our remote offices. It's a centralized AVVID here, with all the call managers in our home office.

After this morning when we lost one of our remote office due to an ISP failure, i'm rethinking our SRST configuration cause it obviously isn't working. Not a single phone in the remote office registered with their 1751 like their supposed too. I've follwed every Cisco doc out out there on configuring it properly. The call managers are setup correctly for sure.

My question is on my REMOTE offices router, under the call-manager-fallback config, should IP Source address be the address of my call managers, or the "gateway" address of that router TO the home office? It's currently set to the gateway of that router, I'd think it should be set to the CCM's. ???

thanks for any advice
