I am trying to get our SRST to work on fail over. The current config failed when we had a BT MPLS line down Last week.

We are using a 2620xm in this office.

Any tips would be helpful. PSTN Was still available.

Thanks that does help.

I have been looking for these documents but Google search the cisco site better than cisco do. How weird!?

I have now modified our SRST config and will test. Will let you know if all went to plan.

Thanks

Geoff

I am looking at using the following cfg. I don't suppose, with a quick look, you could see anything "obvious" thats missing or wrong?!?

!
call-manager-fallback
ip source-address 172.X.X.X port 2000
max-ephones 24
max-dn 40
limit-dn 7910 1
limit-dn 7935 1
limit-dn 7940 1
default-destination 6440
access-code pri 9T direct-inward-dial
time-format 24
date-format dd-mm-yy
!

Cheers

Geoff
