A look on Avaya's PEP has shown this patch p30223_1.cpl for release 6.0. It might be your problem?.
Site with several systems tied together via IP trunks is having intermittent
call cutoffs associated with SRPT4653, BUG5725 and AUD028 are also common on
this site, and as is shown below are associated with the problem.
SETUP and ACTIONS performed to cause the problem:
HARDWARE and DATA SETUP:
Two CS1K systems tied together with Virtual trunks.
Site A Set A1 Any TDM set with CLS = UNR or CTD
Site A Set A2 Any TDM set with CLS = TLD
Site A CDB INT_DATA CTVN = ATN ATN ATN ATN
Site A CDB FCR_DATA NFCR = YES
Site A Night Number is CDP to Site B Set B1 via the Virtual trunks
Site A is in night service
Site A Virtual trunks are CLS = TLD
Site B Set B1, B2 and B3 Any set
ACTIONS:
1. Set A1 dials a Vacant Number.
2. Set A2 dials a Vacant Number.
3. Set B2 dials a number that is in the NRS for Site A, but is actually Vacant at Site A
4. Run Audit (LD 44 r1 or background)
5. Set B2 dials a number that is in the NRS for Site A, but is actually Vacant at Site A
6. Set A1 calls Set B3, and Set B3 answers.
7. Set B2 disconnects.
8. Set A1 disconnects.
9. Run Audit (LD 44 r1 or background)
10. Set A2 dials a Vacant Number.
11. Set A1 calls Set B3, and Set B3 answers.
12. Set A2 disconnects.
13. Set A1 disconnects.
14. Run Audit (LD 44 r1 or background)
15. Any background audit run during any stage of any of the above calls.
EXPECTED RESULTS:
1. Call to night number is setup on the Virtual trunks, and can be answered at set B1.
2. Call to night number is setup on the Virtual trunks, and can be answered at set B1.
3. Call arrives at Site A, and is redirected back across the Virtual trunks, and can be answered at set B1.
4. AUD000
5. Call arrives at Site A, and is redirected back across the Virtual trunks, and can be answered at set B1.
6. Call is setup across virtual trunks from Set A1 to Set B3.
7. Set B2 and Set B1 and the two associated virtual trunks are
disconnected.
Set A1 and Set B3 are not affected.
No error messages are generated.
8. Set A1 and Set B3 disconnect.
No error messages are generated.
9. AUD000
10. Call to night number is setup on the Virtual trunks, and can be answered at set B1.
11. Call is setup across virtual trunks from Set A1 to Set B3.
12. Set A2 and Set B1 and the associated virtual trunk is disconnected.
Set A1 and Set B3 are not affected.
No error messages are generated.
13. Set A1 and Set B3 disconnect.
No error messages are generated.

No setup message is sent to site B.

SRPT4653 VGW channel TN 004-00-03-30 (5ce) connected to farEnd 47.104.37.252:5448 TN 100-00-02-09 (6489) was closed incorrectly, current state = RxTxOpen
TN 004-00-03-30 (5ce) was the PTN assigned for A1's call.
TN 100-00-02-09 (6489) was the Virtual trunk used by both calls.
8. Set A1 and Set B3 are already disconnected.
Set A1 was left in half disconnect, so no error messages are generated.
