Is it possible to use line redirect on a phone that is kept local mode to redirect the analog lines on the Srg to the networked CS1k Callpilot?

As long as the NRS and CDP programming permit a local mode or analog set on the SRG to dial the Call Pilot DN, you can use line redirect on the SRG itself to send calls to the Call Pilot without using a local mode phone. You will need to provision an SDN on the CP accordingly.

I'm new to networking systems together. What do I need to do on the SRG end? Maybe it's a lot easier than I making it out be but I can't wrap my head around it.

Under the line you want to redirect on the SRG, enter the DN you want to forward to in the Redirect To: field. As MagnaRGP said, the NRS must be provisioned with those digits, and you need to have the appropriate destination code on the SRG as well pointing to your IP trunks route.
