We have been struggling figuring out the dialling plan/programming for and SRG off a CS1000E. The users at the SRG end want to be able to dial 9 to access trunks on the local pstn. When they dial 9 now they get access to the trunks/pstn on the CS1000E. How or where do I configure local SRG dialling. The sets on the SRG are working and in their own zone already. Can anyone help with this one? Thanks folks

You need to add a zone branch access code. (under zones in element manager).

That code needs to be a SPN in intl format in the NARS on the CS1k point to your IP trunk route.

That SPN needs to be entered in the endpoints for the SRG in the NRS.

On the SRG, you set the SPN digits as a Destination Code, absorb all, Route XXX (your PSTN route).

Thanks MagnaRGP
This was pretty much what we had configured. When I trace the voip trunks I see us hitting one but the call gets reorder tone. We have their network people sniffing the network to see where the problem is.
