The octal card is a hardware device built by squirrel, specifically for squirrel. You won't be able to find anything like it.
a newer version of the classic squirrel software (3.5x) will fuction with "off-the-shelf" rocket port cards.

You'll have to get a Rocketport card ( if you're going to a box with no ISA slots. Make sure you get the right cable for it as well.
