SQR question

Hi All,
I am running SQR on Peoplesoft version 7.5 from process Scheduler and I get this error

Unable to initiate process: type SQR Report, request EX1; Win32 Error 2; message = The system cannot find the file specified.
. (65,37)

:-(

Can sombody help me fix this error???

I know there is a problem with the settings but I am not sure where to look to solve the error.Can somebody please let me know if there is some place where I can find error codes or messages and how to solve them?
