SQLServer Application Error

Hi!

I have a Compaq pentium 200mhz server with 128mb memory.
Windows NT 4.0 server w/SP5. IIS web server and SQL server in that also.
Every once a while I get this error:

SQLSERVER.EXE - Application Error
The instruction at "0x0041a3fd" referenced memory at "0x00000018". The memory could not be "read". Click OK to terminate or CANCEL to debug.

I need help on how to resolve this?
