Sqlmangr.exe application Error

Hi All:

Actually we get the following message in my platform continusly.

sqlmangr.exe - Application Error
The instruction at "0x780104ac" referenced memory at "0x007400a3". The memory could not be "read".

We need solve this problem related with the SQL Server Service Manager. How i can troubleshooting this?

Best way is to disable it. You will lose virtually nothing (unless you are some kind of weirdo who HAS to shut down and start SQL from the systray) Remove the sqlmangr.exe shortcut from everyone's startup programs, and the problem should go away.

The problem is ramdom when differents users perform the loggon. How i can fix it, without lost this funcionallity.
