SQL???

My company wants to run exchange2k3 on the same box with the webserver and the SQL 2000 server, which is a windows 2003 server.

There is not enough disk space on the DC, for about 100 mailboxes. (a w2k3 server) I have seen exchange run on a DC with few problems.

Question: Has anyone heard of any problems with Exchange and SQL on the same box? (This is a very robust server with 4 processors, 2 gig mem, and plenty of resources)
