SQLXML Templates - HELP URGENTLY REQUIRED

I am trying to use templates for getting data in xml format.
I have configured the IIS Virtual Directory for SQL in one of the Machines in which I have SQL2000 Server and am able to get the desired output.
With the same configuration on a different machine I am not able to get an Output,I get a page not Found error.I even checked the dlls in both the machines.They are the same in the OLE DB directory.

What could be the reason.
