Any good site where you can find good data access guidelines? Ie how to write good sql for Oracle db? Thanks!

and register - it is free and has all the Oracle docs ( and softwear and white papers, etc) including the tuning manuals..It should be on all serious Oracle user's favorites/bookmark lists..
