I have a database in SQL Server 2000. Is there a way to export those data to Excel "dynamically"? I know I can do DTS, but I think DTS is not dynamic.

Thanks

Are you suggesting that you want a live backup of your data in excel?

Have you considered creating a link in excel via odbc to sql server? Or are you looking rather to have sql write a new row in excel?

the data (tables) are in SQL server. users want to do statistical functions with the data, and users know how to do in Excel.

So I need to import the data from SQL to Excel.
