SQL server tools

Is there a way to install enterprise manager, query analizer and the import export data tools without installing sql server 2000? only reason i ask is i have a machine running windows xp professional and it has these tools installed even though i am pretty sure sql 2000 has never been installed on it. Now i need to get these tools onto my laptop hopefully without installing sql server. (i am using MSDE)

You can install client tools only from the Setup CD

Pop in the SQL 2000 CD. Run through the installer like normal. It will get you to a screen that asks what you want to install. The options are Client Tools, Server and Client Tools, and connectivity only. You want the Client Tools.

Another option is to run the batch file setupcli.bat from the root of the cd. This will install the client tools in the default locations automatically.

If you put the Standard or Enterprise CD in your machine it will pop up a message saying that the server portion can not be installed and only the client tools will be available. Just click ok, and you'll be fine.

That worked out great, thank you both..
I had a downloaded version of MSDE and the actual bat file on this version was called sqlcli.bat (just FYI)...
