SQL Server SP2 Instalation Problems

Hi!
We are trying to install MS CRM. At some point it asks for sqlsp3.
We wanted to install MS SQL Srv 2000 SP2 and we cant, we get this errors:

We dont know what to do, does anyone knows how to do it?

SQL2KASP is not the service pack for SQL Server itself...
its for Ananlsis Servcices (OLAP & friends)

You want to get the SP file called sql2ksp3.exe


as for the other message on install of MSDE.. what IS the instance name you specify? or if you aren't specifying one, what is the name of the PC on which you install it?
