If I understand you correctly, you will move to a new network with different subnetting scheme and different ip addressing scheme, then you have to make sure your new server ip is reachable. You have to make sure its DNS name is resolved to the new ip by a DNS server with routing setup correctly so connections are made possible from any network that needs a resource on your server....
