The best way is to right click in Enterprise manager and script to file. If you go through each job individually then this will result in a single file per job, or alternatively select the root folder and script all jobs in one file.
As far as a script for exporting them into seperate files per job, I am sure if you profiled this in SQL it would highlight the procs SQL calls to generate the files.
