SQL Server, DTS, Oracle and Scheduled Jobs Problem

Hello,
I have read the other threads on DTS packages that run fine manually, but don't run scheduled. However I believe I have a different issue.

I have a DTS package that pulls data from my Aspect ACD, which is Oracle 7.3. I went to the SQL Server, installed the Oracle drivers, create the DTS package, and was able to successfully run it manually from the Server. However, when I schedule it as a job, it fails, and (I don't have the text here, sorry) I get a message in the job history about Error 126, unable to load Oracle driver.

I am using the ODBC setting to reach a system DSN configured on the server.

Thanks for any advice you can give.

As an experiment, try setting the SQL Server Agent's login to be your own. Also make sure the permissions on the directory for the DSN will allow SQL Server to access it. -----------------

Hi Marian ..
It sure sounds like an NTFS disk permissions problem. I had the same problem before with Oracle OleDB and it was indeed NTFS permissions problem ..
