SQL Server 7 to 2000

Hi
I have one server with version 7 that contains databases, views, sp's, DTS packages etc... and a seperate server running SQL server 2000 that is a new install. I need to move all the stuff from 7 to 2000. What is the easiest way to do this please? thanks.
