SQL Server 7.0 - Contains queries and other languages

Hi all,

I'm having some trouble with a site I'm working on. This site uses both Chinese and english. The contains queries I'm using do not work with Chinese data. Specifically they say that all of the items in the query are ignored words. I've configured the DB to full text index in language neutral mode but that hasn't helped. Do I need to modify the noise files or anything so the chinese data will be indexed?
