SQL Server 6.5 Error Log missing for 4 hours

Hi,

I am trying to troubleshoot why a scheduled event did not run. I found out there is nay acivity log for few hours missing in the file. Can some one help how to find out what happend on the server during those hours.

did you check the windows nt application event logs. most of the critical sql errors are also put in this log.
