hi,
It is part of the SQL license for standard and enterprise i think.
My company was going to use it but abandoned the idea when we discovered there was no easy way for using it on the internet with anonymous users.
all in all it was about the same to use as Crystal or datadynamics Activereports.
We decided on the datadynamics product as it seemed to integrate with .net better. if memory serves it was like 1200$
