I have a new SQL install on a new WIN 2000 server, the database was imported from the old server. The pcs conneting back to the server are 95 and 98. There were some scripts running on the old server that are not running on the new server. Also the new server has DCOM errors in the event viewer.
I have 4 remote sites accessing the SQL 7.0 db, They all can move around the db and enter data, but when they print it takes them 14 min over a Fract T1 (192k) and can not print at all over a 56k wan. They use Paradox as a front end app in the client end. The users on the LAN can print fine. the wan links are up and running fine, I can pull 3-5 meg files over the 56k line with a 5 min. time line.
