I'm trying to get SQL Mail configured and running an an external (very far away) SQL Server 7 installation. The basic configuration seems to have worked, since SQL Mail now runs with the selected mail profile.
Problem: when I execute:
[tt]xp_sendmail 'rbradley@pleasenospam.com', 'test message'[/tt]
I receive the error:
Unknown recipient: Parameter '@recipients', recipient 'rbradley@pleasenospam.com'
The error is returned within a couple of seconds, and it is not a problem with the recipient e-mail address itself. Any suggestions are welcome. Robert Bradley
