SQL logon through PIX

We have a DMZ with a web server on it. Ports 1433 1434 and 1435 are open. When you hit the web page a logon screen appears. When you key in your user name and password an error message comes back saying it can't find the SQL server. Is this a port issue? Which port should be open to pass the logon attempt through?

Have you tried opening HTTP (port 80) as well?
