I'm pretty good with SQL - that is - once its installed and I'm all connected. I can write queries, procedures and functions. I understand the normal forms and all those nuances. My problem is installation and setup. The security options, passwords, users, administrators and those God-forsaken connection strings.
Can somebody point me to a resource or book that can explain all of that - I mean explain it like I'm 4 years old - seriously.
