SQL Conversion not working properly

I'm writing a report in 8.0, using a ODBC Driver, and getting the expected results. The application that launches the report (provided by vendor) requires MS-SQL Drivers, so I've converted the Database, and when the SQL code gets converted, the report no longer provides correct results. I've also written the report starting with the MS-SQL Driver, and also don't get what I'm expecting. It's like the MS-SQL doesn't have a correct LEFT JOIN command.

For those who reply, I can send an attachment that contains both versions of SQL...
