SQL cluster install

Trying to install SQL 2k on win2k adv server. its already functioning as a exchange 2k cluster as active/passive. When I try to install SQL I get through the setup interview and when it goes to start i get " error, unable to perform the required operations on nodes" Any ideas?? anyone please help.
