SQL CE 2.0 Replication Error 28011

Hi

we have a mobile application that uses SQL CE Merge Replication (SQL Server 2000/SQL CE 2.0).

Occasionally when a user synchronises we will get the error 28011 "Authentication failed on the computer running
IIS". I could understand if this error occured all the time, but it is only occuring intermittantly.

Any ideas?
