SQL 7.0 SP1 - NT 4 EE SP6a - Cluster

I need to understand why I receive two differentes informations thru NT Event log
when the scheduled jobs finish the work.

First NT Event Log:

Date: 23/07/2001 Event ID: 17055
Time: 07:00:04 Source: MSSQLServer$SRVSQL
USER: LUGANO/SQL-Service Type: Information
Computer: SRV0001B Category (6)

The description for Event ID ( 17055 ) in Source ( MSSQLServer$SRVSQL ) could not
be found. It contains the following insertion string(s): 18265, Log backed up
with following information: Database: HRArchive, creation date and time:
1999/11/08(09:29:38), first LSN: 5:10942:1, last LSN: 5:12767:1, striped: 0,
number of dump devices: 1, device information: (FILE=1, TYPE=DISK: {'J:\MSSQL7\BACKUP\HRArchive\HRArchive_tlog_200107230700.TRN'}).

Second NT Event Log:

Date: 23/07/2001 Event ID: 17055
Time: 10:00:03 Source: MSSQLServer$SRVSQL
USER: SQL-Service Type: Information
Computer: SRV0001B Category Backup

18265 :
Log backed up with following information: Database: AJL_Contabilita_PROD01,
creation date and time: 2001/01/09(17:09:52), first LSN: 349:3195:1,last LSN:
349:3332:1, striped: 0, number of dump devices: 1, device information:(FILE=1,
TYPE=DISK: {'J:\MSSQL7\BACKUP\AJL_Contabilita_PROD01\AJL_Contabilita_PROD01_tlog_200107231000.TRN'}).

Boths jobs succeeds, but I need to know why in one case I have differentes informations
about the category and about the User.
I also need to understand why the message is different in the first part (The
description for Event ID ( 17055 ) in Source ( MSSQLServer$SRVSQL ) could not
be found. It contains the following insertion string(s): 18265, Log backed up...) and
what does it mean.

Boths Jobs have been created thru Maintenance Plan by the same user.

Thank you - Franco

Check the owner of the Job. The login used to run a job, depends on the owner of the job. Check this link for an article that may help.

Thank you for your Reply. The owner of all jobs is the same.
