SQL 2005 Express on a DC?

Hi all

We are using Backup Exec and have been told that without the central admin console so we can log to our SQL server that each BE installation will install an instance of SQL 2005 Express to log to.

What are the security implications of this as i'm not happy about having to run this on eack of our DC's?
