Hi,
We have one SQL 2000 server (standard). It holds the database for a desktop client app that runs every part of our business.
The server was SP3. Everything was running good...
We upgraded to SQL 2000 SP4. We are now suffering with a 'Communication Link Failure' error IF you leave the client open and idle for a few minutes (approx 5 plus).
What chnaged in SP4? Was there some default timeout settings established in SQL 2000 SP 4?
More importantly, how do I turn them off, or increase them?
Regards
Paul
