Since upgrading from SQL 7.0 SP2 to SQL Enterprise 2000, SP1 we have been getting out of memory errors and the SQL agent stops. It happens more often when large jobs run. We were getting Dr. Watson errors on SQL Mail. We have turned of the ability of operators to receive email from SQL Mail. This has slowed the memory leak but we still crash 1-2 per day. (Memory never seems to physically run out, only sql reports it as running out. We have 4GB of memory on the server.) Once the server crashes we can rerun the jobs that just crashed it and they work fine. Any troubleshooting tips would be appreciated.
