Hi all,
I have SQL 2000 120 Trial installed on win2000 and am trying to find out when it will expire.
If I goto add remove programs there is a "Date last used" for SQL but I don't know if this means the date it was installed..

Can any one help... Because I know when it expires SQL just stops dead.

Ray

It expires 120 days from the date you installed it. If you don't remember that date, all you can do is play with it until it stops dead or buy a real copy of SQL and upgrade your trial version to a real one.

Sorry 'bout that, but there is no way to check on that after the fact.

One way you might be able to see when it was installed is to open the folder that has the shortcuts for the start menu. They should be created when you install SQL and they aren't really ever modified by anything.
