after running spybot, i have to issues in my registry. shopathome hkey_local\_machine\software\vgroup
hkey_local\machine\software\vgroup\sa
i delete these keys but they reappear after boot up. what can i try to permanently kill this intruder?

If you are familiar with the registry, look at HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run and HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run for things that don't belong there. It is probably loading itself at startup. There's a great utility on that shows you everything that is starting for you automatically. I think it is called autoruns.exe. Try it.
