spybot keeps finding a "data source exploit"

So I have spybot fix it, but then if I check again, it is there again. It says "HKEY USERS\DEFAUL\Software\MicrosoftWindows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\Zones\0\10041=W=3
and then "registry change" in the last column.
I have a 1805-s273 toshiba satilite laptop with all microsoft ME and toshiba updates.
I also have pressed the "immunize" button on spybot.
If I use adware it finds nothing.
