SPS2001 Recover Folder

Someone accidentally deleted a folder from the portal site (2001). Is there a way to restore just a folder? I have the log files and tmp.edb, wss.mdb, & wss.stm available to me from backup that day. (we were not using the sharepoint backup command line then, but we are now.)
