I changed the SPRE from 1 to 1111 to free that number range but then all of the system Call Pickup Groups no longer work... Any Idea? Thanks.

Are they using a call pickup button or the SPRE Code?? By changing the SPRE code you now changed the feature codes for everything. So if they used to dial 174 now they will have to dial 111174

I understand if the user is using an analog phone but what about trying to pickup a call from a digital set?

If you are using the SPRE code and not a button or a flexible feature code then you changed it for everyone using the SPRE code. Digital or analog, SPRE is SPRE.

That's why I don't understand because we only have digital sets, the users use a button on their phone and don't have a clue on what is a SPRE code...

Maybe that button is just an auto dial key that used to dial the SPRE Code. Print out one of those sets and see what that key is programmed as.
