When I try to print an image to my Phaser 8200, the spooler keeps adding to it's file size until I have to reboot to get access. How can the spooler be "cleared" after every print? Also, how can I speed up these prints since it takes 4-5 minutes to print each image?

i have also been notiving a problem with this exe lately... well, maybe it is not a problem - maybe it is just someone i have noticed only recently... my PC has been near freezing a lot lately, and everytime i bring up my task manager to see what all is going on, the spoolsv.exe is in the top 3 as far as space being used... i dont necessarily remember there always being something printing - or about to print; but thought i would go ahead and mention it here in case anyone knew what was going on...

thanks

i dont know whaT's goin on

but have also seen SPOOLSV.exe taking 80-99 per cent of CPU in task manager

-- have to end it and reboot

mystery...

I am searching for more information regarding the application error referring to "spoolsv.exe" . I have found a Microsoft Knowledge Base Article #147347 that somewhat explains it, and gives a short remedy (remove .SHD and .SPL files from the default spool directory). Hope this helps!
