While I understand that spoolsv.exe is a legit microsoft program in XPpro(spooler subsystem app in windows\system32), can anyone tell me why it should need to connect to the net?
Fortunately I run ZoneAlarm which blocked the access attempts(22 counts according to Zonealarm).
My system has recently been infected by the Roings/Roimoi Trojan, and I thought I'd got rid of the offenders, but I'm thinking this may also be a trojan.
I also run AVG,Spybot and Hijack This which helped me to get rid of Roimoi.
I'm also still having problems with explorer - 100% CPU usage when using search. so I guess all is not quite what it should be.![[sadeyes] [sadeyes] [sadeyes]](/data/assets/smilies/sadeyes.gif)
Thanks for any help
