spoolsv.exe incrementing ports

I have a computer on the network that is sending continuous SNMP get requests to a computer that is not on our network any longer. The source port is incrementing and continues to go up constantly. Anyone know how or what the problem is?

Check that SNMP is not installed under Network Neighbourhood? If so uninstall it if not needed.
