Just a quick one

I was under the impression that users couldn't print via a print server if the spooler service wasn't running.

Are there any conditions which would change this?

hi m4tty,

I don't know any way to print when the Spool service on server is stopped.

But, why you want do this??
Spool service starts is simple, and necessary to print.
